Terms and Conditions
User Agreement
Before you pre-order, purchase, reserve or to sell with SporeSilver, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this agreement. By making an order, you warrant that you have read this user agreement and are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this user agreement and website. This user agreement applies to all orders, purchases and sales, whether made through the website(s), telephone, cellphone, email or otherwise.
Price Confirmations and Binding Agreement
After you have requested for an order, we will send you an order confirmation sms or email within 30 minutes. The receipt of an order confirmation from us means that you have entered into a binding agreement to purchase bullion at the specified price. The price at which your order is submitted is referred to as the locked-in price. We reserve the right to cancel the customer's order should we not be able to meet your request for whatever reason.
Payment Time-Frame
1. Payment must always be made within one working day of your order date. Orders will be deemed obsolete if payment is not received within 24 hrs
2. Payment must be received within two working days after we issue you your order confirmation price lock-in.
3. Longer payment time-frames may be requested on a case by case basis.
4. SporeSilver will only release the bullion upon receipt of full payment for the order.

Delivery & Pickup of Your Items
1. Self Collect/Paid Delivery For 1-200 Ounces.
2. Free Delivery for 200 Ounces and Above.
Storage of Your Paid Items Before Collection
We will help you to store your paid items until you are ready to collect. During the duration of us storing your item(s), we will not be held responsible for any partial or the whole lot of your item due to theft or damage. While utmost care is taken to store them in a safe and secure place, SporeSilver cannot be held responsible for forces beyond our control and through no fault of ours. Once you make request for us to help you store your item till collection, you deem and hold free SporeSilver from any loss and damage and express that you will not be able to get any of your deposit/full payment/items back should it be subjected to theft and/or damage.
Risk Associated with Buying Silver
You acknowledge that SporeSilver is not liable for risks associated with the price volatility of the products sold and the ability to liquidate any products sold by SporeSilver. Responsibility for investment decisions lie solely the shoulders of the investor. Nothing on this site should be construed to be financial advice. We merely facilitate in the sale of silver to willing buyers.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless SporeSilver, owner, officers, employees, agents, shareholders and affiliates from and against any and all actions, charges, demands, penalties, claims, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities and obligations of whatever nature (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), that you may incur, suffer, sustain or be liable for, directly or indirectly, by reason of or in connection with or arising out of this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
SporeSilver will not be liable for any loss or damage, including indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, caused by reliance on or use of information obtained in any of our news, write-ups, reports, email and sms correspondence, Website, or any other communication from SporeSilver and will incur no liability for any errors, omissions of such communications. SporeSilver reserves the right to change any product or service information(s) contained on our website(s) or in any publication without any notification to you the user of this website.
Notwithstanding any other provision in this user agreement, the entire liability of SporeSilver for any and all claims, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with any transaction between SporeSilverand you or for any other reason whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount that you paid in such transaction. SporeSilver shall not, in any event, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other damages as a result of its or its authorized agent’s service, equipment or facilities, or the acts or omissions or negligence of its employees, contractors or agents.
Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure, SporeSilver reserves the right to refund your money at what we deem as our fastest possible time-frame and not deliver to you the ordered goods. Force Majeure includes, but are not limited to, acts of God, war or war-like hostilities, civil commotions, riots, acts of terrorism, blockades, embargoes, sabotage, strikes, lockouts, governmental import and / or export restrictions, nationalization of precious metals, shortage of material or labor as a consequence of any reason whatsoever, delay in deliveries from sub-contractors, suppliers, epidemics of infectious diseases or such other circumstances that may cause a delay or failure to perform such obligation(s) through no fault of SporeSilver.
